也曾把頭探進建築界
深覺此生除了理工 還要與設計和人文為伍 

史坦福求學期間
適值網路世界之大肇興
秉著融合科技設計人文之志願
走上了創業之路

Ben Tsiang, Chairman / Board Member
Bitten by the entrepreneur bug, Ben became one of the co-founders of the leading Chinese portal Sina while at Stanford University. His interest in design and culture, however, never waned as he studied engineering and built Sina into one of the first Chinese internet success stories. In 2006, Ben, along with two friends, founded CNEX as a platform for innovative documentary making. Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Taiwan University, and a Masters from Stanford University.

七代以前福建漳州錦湖的祖先過海到了臺灣輾轉定居松柏常青的松柏嶺，尋找更開闊天空的爺爺不耐日出而作日入而息的生活決定到小鎮上開創自己的事業最終還是成為財產與兒女的守護者，生下流動著創業天賦血液而喜愛無盡自由的我的父親，來自另一個小鎮的殷實商人的千金最終成了我堅毅果決的母親。不遜於前人豐富的背景故事，我成為臺灣外省第二代電影導演制片人的妻子， 為臺灣新電影和中國第六代電影蓬勃的巡弋國際知名電影節貢獻過小小的心力。

在臺北成長，目睹臺灣精彩的經濟起飛，人文茂盛。少年時在臺北故宮邊的美式教育環境學習，時而在知識瀚海中快樂遨遊，時而唏噓華夏文明的蒙塵。青年時融入時代潮流在跨國公司天天奮力的溝通太平洋兩岸的物流與金流，因緣際會加入某大國際諮詢公司，過去十多年來在為企業出謀劃策、汲汲奔忙於全球各大機場之際，目睹祖國史無前例的經濟騰飛，觀察到同胞物質生活的富足和振翅欲飛的文化藝術想望。幾年前全家人終於在多年絡驛於途的香港轉機之後決定把家安在北京，當Ben和釗維敲門說起紀錄21世紀華人生活文化樣貌、激發華夏文明活力、尋找新世代華人精神的理想 ，幾個人一拍即合開始了CNEX。期許CNEX聚集更多同好，人人努力在隱隱浮現的太平盛世圖像中註入華夏新精神文明的色彩。

Ruby Chen, CEO / Board Member
She is the Deputy Director of Executive Education of CEIBS (China Europe International Bussiness School).She is also the Co-Founder and CEO of CNEX and the Executive Supervisor of Chinese Image Visual Industry and Creation Society.

She had been with McKinsey & Company since 1992, and left as the Director of Leadership Institute in China prior to joining Peking University in its Bussiness School as the Executive Director for Executive Education in 2009. With her passion to explore talent, support and promote Chinese documentary films internationally, she is the executive producer for almost 30 documentaries, including the award-winning 1428 and KJ: music and life.

60年代人，出生在臺灣臺南市，泉州移民第七代，武廟旁邊長大。

用過轉盤電話、八厘米攝影機、電唱機、匣式答錄機、TELETEXT、V8攝影機、BETA錄放影機、8086/88電腦。

辦過社團、刊物、地下演唱會。 幹過記者、咖啡廳經理、電子報主編、專欄作者、攝影師、編導。出過四本書，參與過數十部紀錄片與專題片的策劃與制作。

1980年代末讀大學，電機系/歷史研究所；
1990年代末留學，英國紀錄片碩士。
喜歡具備現實主義基礎的歷史、音樂、圖像、影片、藝術、文學，以及文化社會評論；崇敬佛陀，以及那些智慧與慈悲兼具的人物。

筆名米蘭昆，屬於影像、文字、音樂、網路多棲類生物。

2004年加入新加坡運行視覺制作公司擔任制片人，參與數部國際頻道專題片與紀錄片的策劃制作。 2005年搬到北京居住。 目前擔任香港陽光衛視紀錄片制作總監

釗維是CNEX的發起人之一，對CNEX的信念是："網路影像時代的"新青年"

Chang Chaowei, Chief Producer / Board Member
Journalist, underground concert organizer, café manager, editor, photographer, film director, author of four books, critic, Chaowei’s experiences defies summarizing. As one of the co-founders, CNEX became Chaowei’s latest project. His believe: CNEX will become the New Youth of our visually networked society.

董黎瀅是現任瑞士銀行財富管理慈善部門主管， 為高資產客戶提供慈善事業的諮詢服務並提供慈善構架的專業意見。董擁有超過10年管理經驗，曾於南加州大學、帝博大學、港基國際銀行有限公司及香港國際學校擔任重要職位。

Christina L. Y. Tung, Board Member
Christina has over 10 years of experience in advising high net worth individuals, corporations, and foundations on their philanthropic initiatives and a breadth of experience in working with a wide range of charitable organizations and social entrepreneurs to expand the impact of philanthropy in Asia.

Prior to UBS, Christina held diverse and progressively responsible positions at the University of Southern California, DePaul University, International Bank of Asia, and Hong Kong International School. She has experience in philanthropy program, fundraising campaign, donor relations, event management, marketing and communications. Before joining the non-profit sector, she worked in the advertising and marketing communications field.

A native of the Pacific Rim, Christina has lived and benefited from both Eastern and Western cultures. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and understands Shanghainese. She holds a Master degree in Communication Management from University of Southern California and a Bachelor degree in Law from University of London.
